Here is the photo of me and my cheese vat. I'm looking at Pete Dixon taking the photo. I am telling my Damrow vat to smile!! The facility was newly licensed here. That was my first batch of Honey Gouda. They baby's are in the brine (in the vat). What a long way I've come from that day.

Me and the Cheese Vat
